Rubeena Saleem, melaporkan hasil investigasi kandungan senyawa aktif Kelor dalam “Studies In The Chemical Constituents Of Moringa Oleifera Lam And Preparation Of Potential Biologically Signficant Derivatives Of 8-Hydroxyquinoline”.  Investigasi pada ekstrak etanol daun dan polong Kelor telah menghasilkan isolasi dan struktur dari senyawa-senyawa aktif, sebagaimana tercantum di bawah ini :
